Location
The Probate Court and Registry are located in the county courthouse at 2 Turner Street, Auburn, Maine, corner of Turner and Court Streets. The offices are on the first floor of the building.

Business Hours
The Probate Office is open to the public Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
US Passport Agency hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily except during holidays. (We do not take Passport photos.)

Probate Court is scheduled for the first and third Tuesday of each month.
