The purpose of the Androscoggin County Registry of Deeds is to record all documents promptly and efficiently, preserving them for the future; to provide reliable access to these documents, assisting the public in research efforts; and to serve with professionalism.

Location
The Registry is located on the first floor of the Androscoggin County Courthouse at 2 Turner Street, Auburn, Maine.  Click here for driving directions.

Business Hours
The Registry is open to the public during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
